This is an n8n community node that integrates with the Bosta delivery and logistics API.

Bosta Trigger Node

The Bosta Trigger node allows you to trigger workflows based on delivery events:

  • All Events
  • Delivery Created
  • Delivery In Transit
  • Delivery Out for Delivery
  • Delivery Delivered
  • Delivery Failed
  • Delivery Cancelled
  • Delivery Returned
  • Delivery Exception

Credentials

To use this node, you need a Bosta API key. You can get one from your Bosta Dashboard.

The credential supports both Production and Sandbox environments.

Compatibility

Tested against n8n version 1.0.0 and above.

Usage

Create a Delivery

  1. Add the Bosta node to your workflow
  2. Select "Delivery" as the resource
  3. Select "Create" as the operation
  4. Configure the delivery details:
    • Delivery Type (Send, Exchange, Cash Collection)
    • Receiver Name
    • Receiver Phone
    • City
    • Address
    • Optional: COD Amount, Package Description, Notes, etc.

Track a Delivery

  1. Add the Bosta node to your workflow
  2. Select "Tracking" as the resource
  3. Select "Get" as the operation
  4. Enter the tracking number

Set Up a Webhook Trigger

  1. Add the Bosta Trigger node to your workflow
  2. Select the event you want to trigger on
  3. Configure any filters (optional)
  4. Activate the workflow
  5. The webhook will be automatically registered with Bosta
