Agent Memory Bridge
Bridge between vector store and Agent memory. Uses semantic search to retrieve relevant conversation history instead of fixed window. Supports separate memory for Agent-User conversations and Agent-Tools interactions, plus multiple conditional knowledge bases and skills knowledge base (procedures/recipes).
