n8n-nodes-wapro

Custom community node for n8n integrating WAPRO Mag ERP with HubSpot CRM via WAPRO WebAPI.

What it does

Automates the flow: sales invoices (FV) linked to sales orders (ZO) in WAPRO Mag → HubSpot Deals + Line Items.

  • Fetches invoices and realized sales orders from WAPRO Mag
  • Matches invoices with their source orders (ZO)
  • Looks up companies in HubSpot by NIP (tax ID)
  • Creates Deals with correct pipeline and stage
  • Creates Line Items with product name, SKU, quantity and price
  • Marks processed orders in WAPRO (anti-duplication via stored procedure)

Operation Description
Pobierz Faktury Fetch sales invoices for a given period with pagination
Pobierz Realizacje Zamówień Fetch realized sales orders, with anti-duplication filter (POLE1)
Pobierz Pozycje Dla Faktur Fetch line positions for each invoice (with pagination per invoice)
Pobierz Artykuły Dla Pozycji Fetch article data (name, catalog index) for invoice positions
Pobierz Kontrahentów Dla Faktur Fetch unique contractors for a set of invoices
Wywołaj Procedurę Call any WAPRO stored procedure (e.g. mark order as sent)

HubSpot (WAPRO Integration)

Connects to HubSpot CRM API.

Operation Description
Find Company by NIP Search company by tax_id (NIP). Returns companyId or not found.
Create Deal Create a deal in a specified pipeline and associate with company
Create Line Items Batch-create line items and associate with deal inline

Installation

In your n8n instance go to Settings → Community Nodes → Install and enter:

Field Description
Host URL WAPRO WebAPI base URL, e.g. https://your-server:6362
API Key WAPRO WebAPI key (UUID format)

HubSpot API

Field Description
Access Token HubSpot Private App token with scopes: crm.objects.deals.write, crm.objects.companies.write, crm.objects.line_items.write, crm.associations.write

  • HubSpot portal with tax_id property set as unique on Companies
