Consume the Twenty API

Actions252

Overview

This node interacts with the Twenty API to create multiple connected accounts in a single operation. It is useful when you need to batch-create several connected accounts efficiently, such as onboarding multiple users or integrating multiple external accounts at once.

Practical examples include:

  • Bulk importing user accounts from another system.
  • Setting up multiple connected accounts for an organization in one go.
  • Automating account creation workflows where many accounts must be created simultaneously.

Properties

Name Meaning
Depth Determines how much related data is included in the response:
- 0: Only the primary connected account object.
- 1: The primary object plus its directly related objects.
- 2: The primary object, its related objects, and their related objects.
Body JSON object representing the connected account(s) to create. This should contain the details of the connected accounts you want to add.

Output

The node outputs JSON data representing the created connected accounts. The structure includes the primary connected account information along with nested related objects depending on the selected "Depth" level. No binary data output is involved.

Dependencies

  • Requires an API key credential for authenticating with the Twenty API.
  • The node uses the Twenty API base URL configured via credentials.
  • The node depends on the bundled OpenAPI specification (twenty-v1.0.3-openapi.json) for request construction.

Troubleshooting

  • Invalid JSON in Body: If the "Body" property contains malformed JSON, the node will fail to parse it. Ensure the JSON is valid before running.
  • Authentication Errors: Missing or incorrect API credentials will cause authentication failures. Verify that the API key and domain are correctly set in the node credentials.
  • API Limits or Quotas: Creating many connected accounts at once may hit API rate limits. Consider batching requests if errors occur.
  • Incorrect Depth Value: Using unsupported depth values might result in unexpected responses or errors. Use only 0, 1, or 2 as specified.
