Troubleshooting

• Invalid Account Id: If the provided account ID does not exist, the API will return an error. Verify that the account ID is correct.

• Network Issues: Check connectivity to the ChatWoot server URL.
• Empty Name Field: If the "Name" property is left empty, the API may reject the update or ignore the field. Provide a valid string if updating the name.
