This node operation retrieves detailed information about a specific Skill entity from the Autotask REST API using the Skill ID. It is useful for workflows that need to fetch and utilize data about a particular skill, such as in resource management, employee skill tracking, or project assignment automation.

Name Meaning
Skill ID The unique identifier of the skill to retrieve from the Autotask system.
Add Picklist Labels Determines whether to add human-readable '_label' fields for picklist fields in the response, enhancing readability by showing labels instead of raw values.
Add Reference Labels Determines whether to add human-readable '_label' fields for reference fields in the response, providing clearer context for referenced entities.
Select Columns Names or IDs. Specifies which fields of the Skill entity to include in the response. If none are selected, all fields are returned. The ID field is always included regardless of selection.
Flatten User-Defined Fields If enabled, user-defined fields (UDFs) are promoted to top-level properties in the output object instead of being nested inside a userDefinedFields array, simplifying access to these fields.
